Which Includes ALL – Heating, Electricity, Water, Hot Water, WiFi, satellite TV, DVD in lounge, laundry facilities, maintenance of the boiler, off street parking, garden maintenance; tenant Insurance with MMA France for the compulsory “responsibilite civile”. This does not cover personal possessions. A Cleaning program to the communal areas twice weekly & private rooms and bathroom alternate weeks is in place for which your contribution is € 50 per month.
