Rent Includes ALL – Heating, Electricity, Water, Hot Water, WiFi, TV Channels provided by Orange, DVD players, TV Licence, laundry facilities, maintenance of the boiler, off street parking, garden maintenance. Tenants Insurance is obligatory in  France for amongst other things the compulsory “responsibilite civile”;  A Cleaning program to the communal areas twice weekly & private rooms and bathroom alternate weeks is in place for which your contribution is € 50 per month.
