At the front of the house is “Capriccio” – A bright & sunny room with original features and private ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & wc. The furnishing includes; King sized bed, bedside table & lamp, desk and office chair, book shelves, double mirrored wardrobe.

Which Includes ALL – Heating, Electricity, Water, Hot Water, WiFi, cable TV, DVD in lounge, laundry facilities, maintenance of the boiler, off street parking, garden maintenance. Tenants Insurance is obligatory in  France for amongst other things the compulsory “responsibilite civile”;  A Cleaning program to the communal areas twice weekly & private rooms and bathroom alternate weeks is in place for which your contribution is € 50 per month.
