Which Includes ALL – Heating, Electricity, Water, Hot Water, WiFi, cable TV, DVD in lounge, laundry facilities, maintenance of the boiler, off street parking, garden maintenance. Includes the Tenant Insurance with MMA France for the compulsory “responsibilite civile”. A Cleaning program to the communal areas twice weekly & private rooms and bathroom alternate weeks is in place for which your contribution is € 50 per month.
