Villa Vivante was launched in 2002 as we identified a Huge Gap in the market – There were always shared houses with 3 or 4 bedrooms but being INSEAD Alumni we knew that a Large shared house of 10+ MBAs , provided it was big enough,  would work – the other change was to put all the bills in the company name and offer an All Inclusive rent – this had never been done ….now it is the standard  –  An extensive renovation recently of the entire outside of the house has finished.
