Welcome to Villa Vivante

Villa Vivante has a continuous maintenance program. An extensive renovation recently of the entire outside of the house has finished. This stunning open plan kitchen / dining room leading out onto a sunny courtyard 11 large well appointed bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, 12 wc, spacious shared living areas, large garden ( 1,500m sq) & off street parking.

Affordable Rooms

Room rates start from € 700 per month and include most of the usual bills. There are no surprises

There are two rental periods for MBA participants & availability for those on the Executive MBA program in July each year.

On the front & side corner of the house is “Modena” – A bright & sunny room with windows on two sides – the early morning sun on one side swinging round until late afternoon – original features and high quality sound & thermal double glazing.

Ferrara

On the Ground floor Garden side of the house is “Ferrara” – A bright & sunny room with original features; polished floor boards; overlooking the side garden – its own private bathroom on lower ground floor with with shower washbasin & wc

Roma

At the side of the house on the 1st floor is “Roma” – A bright & sunny room with polished wooden floor boards; two large windows overlooking the garden, original features and private shower room with wc.

Arpeggio

On the first floor at the front of the house is “Arpeggio” – A bright & sunny room with original features and ensuite shower room with wc.

Volluto

At the front of the house is “Volluto” – A bright & sunny room with original features and large private bathroom along the corridor, with window overlooking the back garden.

Livanto

At the side of the house is “Livanto” – A bright & sunny room with original features and large ensuite bathroom with window overlooking the back garden.

Cosi

At the back of the house on the Top floor – is “Cosi”- A sunny quiet room, polished wooden floor boards, large private bathroom with shower over bath double washbasin and wc ; with window overlooking the back garden.

Amalfi

At the front of the house is “Amalfi” – A bright & sunny room with original features, and private ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & wc.

Capriccio

At the front of the house is “Capriccio” – Facing almost due South, overlooking the roof set back from the road so quiet – A bright & sunny room with its private ensuite bathroom with shower, washbasin & wc.

Milano

Milano is on the lower ground floor and is part of the complete restoration of this part of Villa Vivante. It is a bright room with 2 windows, has a large ensuite bathroom, complete with bath & shower, double washbasin and wc.

Livorno

Livorno has an ensuite shower room, with basin and wc.
The furnishings include – double bed, bedside table & lamp, desk and office chair, book shelves, large mirrored wardrobe.
